Terms of Service

Maylos is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for staffing agencies: it manages attendance and hours for associates placed by shift, attendance points, corrective actions, end-of-shift reports, and the related invoicing and accounting.

Available features may vary by plan and may change over time as we improve the platform.

To use Maylos you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to Maylos ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality of Customer Data and for having the rights necessary to use it.

You agree not to misuse the service. Among other things, you must not: violate laws or third-party rights; upload malicious software; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts; reverse-engineer the platform; resell the service without authorisation; or use it to send spam.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Texts sends messages from the Twilio account your agency connects. Your agency is responsible for obtaining and keeping each associate's consent before texting them, for message content, and for registering its number with the carriers (10DLC) where applicable.

Maylos automatically honors STOP, START and HELP replies and the quiet hours you set. Per-message charges are billed by Twilio directly to your agency.

Don't use Texts for unsolicited messages, unlawful content, or to text people who haven't given consent.

Maylos, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by SOZACORP LLC and protected by applicable law.

These Terms do not transfer to you any ownership of the platform; they only grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active.

Maylos relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing, Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting and infrastructure, Anthropic for AI processing and Twilio for the text messages your agency sends. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

We work to keep Maylos available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice where practicable.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Maylos does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Features that assist with such tasks are tools, not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOZACORP LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold SOZACORP LLC harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using Maylos at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay amounts due.

After termination you may request an export of your Customer Data for a limited period, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in the State of Indiana.
